Are you a seasoned HR professional passionate about talent management and organizational development? Artistic Milliners, the denim company of the future, is hiring for the position of Manager/Senior Manager – Talent & OD at our Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi location.
Position: Manager/Senior Manager – Talent & OD
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR/Psychology or SHRM, HRCI, CIPD Certification
Experience: 3-4 years in a managerial capacity
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent management and performance management initiatives
- Drive employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Digitize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Shape policies to create a thriving workplace environment
- Engage employees and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
