Your core mission is to lead and execute a robust research agenda that informs policy, improves practice, and demonstrates the efficacy of Beaconhouse programmes. You will be the central hub for generating evidence-based insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels.

End-to-End Research Project Manager Research & Development in Education: You will own the entire research lifecycle. This involves:

Planning and Design: Conceptualizing and designing rigorous quantitative and qualitative research projects that address key strategic questions within the Beaconhouse system.

Instrument Development: Creating sophisticated and reliable research tools, including surveys, structured interview protocols, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guides tailored to diverse stakeholders—from students and parents to teachers and school leaders.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Using advanced statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, NVivo) to clean, Manager Research & Development in Education, and analyze complex datasets. You will go beyond numbers to interpret what they mean for our classrooms and our strategy.
