About Us:
Masood Textile Mills (MTM) is a well-established and reputable company in the textile industry. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager for Yarn Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
Essential Competencies:
- Sound sales experience of spun ecru cotton and cotton blends yarns.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of yarn markets and managing sales.
- Capable of generating and sustaining local as well as export sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring orders and making contracts with existing and new customers to meet sales targets and production requirements.
- Develop production planning and forecast the yarn markets, following up with the production team.
- Explore new markets, new customers, and products to increase the company’s profitability.
- Contact different vendors, send inquiries, perform price and quality analysis, book orders, and follow up on shipments to meet target deadlines.
- Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines to maintain a strong and recognizable brand image.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure an optimal return on investment (ROI).
Experience:
- 7-8 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
