📌 Position Overview: Manager Electrical & Instruments – Paper Machines
The Manager Electrical & Instruments (E&I) will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all electrical and instrumentation systems related to paper machine operations. This role directly supports production efficiency by minimizing downtime, improving system accuracy, and maintaining strict safety standards.
You will report to the Manager E&I – PBD and work closely with operations, maintenance teams, and procurement to deliver smooth plant performance.
🧭 Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
As Manager Electrical & Instruments, your core responsibilities will include:
🔹 Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems

Troubleshoot faults in PLC, sensors, drives, panels, and control systems

Ensure minimal downtime and rapid fault resolution for paper machines
🔹 Calibration & Commissioning

Handle calibration, installation, commissioning, and testing of E&I equipment
