Job Summary:
As a Management Trainee Officer – Compliance, the incumbent will assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures within the company’s spinning operations. The role involves supporting internal audits, maintaining compliance records, and helping raise awareness about compliance requirements across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Compliance Monitoring: Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures within the spinning operations.
- Internal Audits & Inspections: Assist with internal audits and inspections to identify any non-conformities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audit reports, and necessary certifications.
- Training & Documentation: Help in raising awareness of compliance requirements by conducting training sessions and offering documentation support.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant experience in the textile industry.
- Skills:
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
