Education and Experience: To excel in this role, you will need:
- A BBA/MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
Job Description: As an L&OD Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a comprehensive training calendar based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate training records for all employees in compliance with employee records administration policies.
- Designing and implementing non-management staff development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Conducting quarterly reviews of reporting structures and updating them to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Creating job descriptions (JDs) after thorough job scope analysis and updating JDs, KRAs, and KPIs for key positions as needed. Developing timely JDs and KPIs for new positions.
