The Role:
As an Executive in Industrial Engineering at Nizam Sons, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Time and Motion Studies: Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies to analyze work methods, identify inefficiencies, and streamline processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Workplace Design: Collaborate closely with production and planning teams to design ergonomic and efficient workplace layouts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing bottlenecks.
- Capacity Optimization: Identify and address capacity constraints within our operations, leveraging your expertise to optimize resource allocation and enhance production output.
- Process Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Data Analysis: Utilize production data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, guiding data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and methodologies.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering roles, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in conducting time and motion studies, designing workplace layouts, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
