Job Description
At Style Textile, our Industrial Engineering Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and upholding quality standards across our processes. Here’s what the role entails:
- Target Achievement: The incumbent will spearhead efforts to meet production targets while maintaining stringent quality standards at every stage of the process.
- Line Balancing: Ensuring optimal line balancing is crucial. Our Executive will strive to keep variations between operations within a 10% margin of the tact time, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Bottleneck Identification and Elimination: Armed with a toolkit of IE methodologies, the Executive will pinpoint bottlenecks and apply appropriate techniques to eliminate them, ensuring smooth workflow and uninterrupted production cycles.
- Machine Utilization and TPM: Calculating and enhancing machine utilization rates are key responsibilities. The Executive will champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to maximize machine uptime and efficiency.
