📌 About the Role
The In Charge Conversion will be responsible for managing all operations within the conversion (packaging) area. This includes supervising machines, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of operators.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As part of the production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the complete operation of machines in the conversion area
- Planning and executing daily production schedules for optimal efficiency
- Ensuring availability of raw materials and proper machine settings
- Monitoring product quality and making adjustments to maintain standards
- Coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling
- Training, mentoring, and guiding machine operators and support staff

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
