Job Description:
As an HR Service Delivery Executive at STYLE TEXTILE, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support and updates to a business unit on all employee-related matters at the factory.
- Taking ownership of HRIS, payroll, attendance, and employee’s personal records at the factory.
- Assisting the compliance team as needed, particularly during audits and buyer visits.
Ideal Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A BBA/MBA degree, preferably with a focus on HR.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
