Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner at Binate Digital, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and supporting the human resources functions during the night shift. Here are some key responsibilities associated with the position:
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction during the night shift.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Prior experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work during the night shift (08 PM – 05 AM).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees during non-traditional working hours.
