📌 Position Overview: Head of Quality
The Head of Quality will play a critical leadership role in defining, implementing, and sustaining quality systems across all production and operational levels. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction, compliance integrity, and brand reputation in international markets.
You will be responsible for leading QA/QC teams, managing customer audits, handling quality complaints, and ensuring strict adherence to ISO, AQL, and buyer-specific standards.
🧭 Key Job Responsibilities
As Head of Quality, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with international standards such as ISO, AQL, and buyer protocols

🔹 Audits & Compliance

Manage compliance processes, certifications, and third-party inspections
