🛠️ Job Responsibilities

As a Fiber Optic Technician, you will:

• Install indoor and outdoor fiber optic internet connections at customer premises.
• Visit residential and commercial clients to troubleshoot and repair internet-related issues.
• Use and manage tools necessary for fiber splicing, testing, and installation.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites for field assignments.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and cables required for installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during all installation and repair procedures.
• Complete basic maintenance checks on the vehicle and ensure its readiness for daily tasks.

🎓 Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Education: Matriculation or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience:
  ➤ 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in telecom or working with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) is preferred.
  ➤ Fresh candidates with relevant technical training and confidence in fieldwork may also be considered.
• License Requirement:
  ➤ Valid LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) driving license.
  ➤ At least 6 months of driving experience is mandatory.
