The Export Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand Osynix’s global market presence, particularly in food and bakery (sweets and confectionery) products. This role involves identifying new international markets, managing the export process, and establishing strong distribution channels worldwide.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Master’s in International Trade is a plus.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in international sales, export management, or business development, particularly in the food & confectionery industry.

As the Export Sales & BD Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing export sales strategies to expand Osynix’s global presence, particularly in the food and bakery (sweets and confectionery) markets.
• Identifying potential international markets and building strong distribution channels in these markets.
• Managing the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Negotiating with suppliers and distributors to achieve favorable terms and meet sales targets.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in international markets.
• Working closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and quality standards are met for export.
