Position: Export Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Documentation Expertise: Prepare all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and shipping schedules, contributing to efficient export processes.
- Deadline Management: Coordinate with production and procurement teams to meet export deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of export orders and deliveries, facilitating transparency and accountability.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, supporting informed decision-making.
- SAP Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in SAP for efficient workflow management.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s is a plus.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a coordinator.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Commercially focused with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical & numerical skills.
- High-level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
