Style Textile, a leading player in the textile industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive – Finishing to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the finishing department, focusing on production quality, resource management, and timely delivery.

Job Summary:

The Executive – Finishing will oversee various aspects of the finishing process, including managing team deployment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring the availability of necessary inputs. This role will directly liaise with the Senior Production Manager to address any operational or quality-related issues and to ensure the smooth functioning of the finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input Management: Ensure the timely availability of all necessary materials and escalate any bottlenecks to the Senior Production Manager.
• Team Deployment: Manage the deployment of helper teams for changeovers and washing operations as required.
• Quality Control: Supervise operators and ensure timely adjustment of production parameters. Any deviations from required quality must be reported to the Senior Production Manager.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address quality issues related to finishing and dyeing, ensuring they are escalated and resolved.
• Production Monitoring: Identify any delays in production and communicate adjustments or plans to management to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the finishing department, preferably in knitwear companies.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Orgatex, ERP, and IMS systems is required.
