Key Responsibilities

The Manager Power Projects will oversee power planning and energy optimization activities across assigned sites.

• Power Solution Planning: Develop site-wise power solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Energy Savings Monitoring: Track and monitor savings achieved at individual sites.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly energy-saving reports.
• Variance Analysis: Prepare variance analysis reports to compare planned and actual performance and identify differences.
• Regional Coordination: Work closely with regional teams to support power planning and project implementation.
• Energy Efficiency: Plan and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Power Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize DC power solutions across telecom tower sites.
• Project Management: Coordinate projects to support timely implementation and achievement of performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.

Professional Experience

Applicants should have 5–7 years of experience in OMO/Tower Co, including at least 3–5 years in Tower Co power planning and optimization.

Relevant experience in telecom power systems, site-level energy management, and power solution optimization will be important for this position.

Required Skills

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• DC Power Planning: Planning direct-current power solutions for telecom sites.
• DC Solution Optimization: Improving power-system efficiency and reducing energy costs.
