Airblue, one of Pakistan’s leading airlines, is looking for a highly skilled Engineer MCC – Aerospace/Avionics to join its Engineering Department based at Islamabad Airport. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the aerospace and avionics field, bringing their technical expertise to ensure the safety and serviceability of the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Engineer MCC – Aerospace/Avionics, your key responsibilities will include:
- Fleet Serviceability: Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the optimal serviceability of the fleet.
- Record Maintenance: Keeping updated records, including CAAF-114, delays, cannibalization, and one-off authorizations.
- Aircraft Serviceability: Ensuring the timely return of aircraft to service on schedule by applying the correct technical approach.
- Promote Workplace Discipline: Ensuring high discipline standards for a consistent and efficient workplace.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace/avionics engineering is required.
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a PEC recognized institute.
- License: A valid PCAA AME License in CAT B1 or B2 is a must.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in aerospace/avionics.
- Coordination & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for fleet serviceability.
- Leadership: Ability to promote high standards of discipline and a professional working environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address aircraft maintenance and serviceability challenges efficiently.
