**Position Overview**
**Job Title:** Deputy Manager Finance & Accounting
**Location:** Head Office, Karachi
**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Reporting & Compliance**
✔ Prepare and analyze **standalone financial statements** for Engro Corporation
✔ Ensure compliance with **IFRS, GAAP, and corporate laws**
✔ Lead **monthly financial closings** and management reporting

**Financial Planning & Analysis**
✔ Develop and monitor **corporate financial plans**
✔ Implement **cost control measures** and efficiency initiatives
✔ Prepare **monthly performance dashboards** for senior management

**Audit & Controls**
✔ Coordinate with **internal and external auditors**
✔ Strengthen **internal control frameworks**
✔ Drive **process automation** and reporting improvements

**Strategic Initiatives**
✔ Support **financial transformation projects**
✔ Analyze **business performance metrics**
✔ Provide **strategic financial insights** to leadership

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Education & Certification**
– **Chartered Accountant (CA – Finance)** qualification
– Additional certifications (ACCA, CFA, etc.) will be a plus

**Experience**
– **2-5 years post-qualification experience** (5+ years total experience)
– Prior experience at a **leading audit firm** preferred
– Strong background in **corporate finance and accounting**

**Technical Skills**
✔ Expert knowledge of **financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)**
✔ Proficiency in **taxation and corporate laws**
✔ Advanced **Excel and financial modeling** skills
✔ Experience with **ERP systems** (SAP preferred)
