Position: Deputy Manager Costing

Job Description:
Nishat Chunian Group is seeking a Deputy Manager Costing to join our Accounts team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial information, and supporting the development of new products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze Complex Manufacturing Processes: Collaborate with plant managers to comprehensively analyze manufacturing processes.
- Provide Accurate Financial Information: Ensure timely and precise financial information, including actual and standard costs for new products.
- Cost Reporting: Take responsibility for accurately reporting the cost of goods manufactured and sold.
- Monthly Closing: Efficiently manage the monthly closing process, coordinating with other departments.
- Cost Reconciliation: Reconcile standard costs with actual costs and oversee the correction of inventory misstatements on a monthly basis.
- Auditor Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.
Person Specifications:
- CA (Finalist)/ACCA (Qualified)/MBA Accounting & Finance: You should have a relevant professional qualification.
- 3-5 Years’ Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cost accounting or related fields.
