About the Role: As the Deputy Manager Costing & Budgeting, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our esteemed textile company. Key responsibilities include:
- SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP CO/SAP A1 User, B1, or Hana is a significant advantage, allowing you to navigate complex financial systems effortlessly.
- Policy Review: Conduct a thorough review of existing policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee the complete cycle of the budgeting process, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews of budget versus actuals, analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: CMA Qualified or Master’s Degree in Finance, providing you with the necessary theoretical background and expertise.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis, equipping you with the insights and skills required to excel in this role.
