Position Summary: As Deputy Manager – Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a robust internal control framework within the company. You will assist in performing internal audit assignments, conducting risk assessments, and fostering compliance with policies and procedures. Requirements:
- ACCA/CA qualification with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Support the Internal Audit Head in establishing and maintaining a sound internal control framework in the Company.
- Execute internal audit assignments in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
- Assist in performing risk assessments for the company.
- Review and monitor the status of open audit observations, collaborating with business units to ensure timely closure.
- Compile information for BAC (Board Audit Committee) meetings on a quarterly basis and ensure compliance with Code of Corporate Governance (CoCG) requirements.
- Assist in conducting training sessions on company policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted business partner for the company concerning audit-related matters.
