Job Summary:
Vital Pakistan Trust is seeking a Data Facilitator to support the collection, processing, and analysis of health-related data across various health facilities in Sindh. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to compile, verify, and process data accurately, ensuring that health data is organized and submitted on time for further analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Processing:
- Support data collection from health facilities and ensure all relevant data is compiled accurately.
- Ensure timely and correct data entry into systems and databases.
- Data Verification and Integrity:
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of collected data by collaborating with field teams and conducting checks for consistency.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing reports from collected data and share findings with stakeholders.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and issues for further action.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure data is gathered as per requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication with remote teams to ensure accurate and timely data handling.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Kobo Toolbox or other similar data collection tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Capability to manage large datasets and produce clear, actionable reports.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis.
- Experience in the health or development sector is highly desirable.
- Experience working with large datasets and generating reports for stakeholders is a plus.
