Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Officer, your primary duties will include:
- Handling customer queries via Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Responding to customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinating with courier/logistics partners regarding order dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
This role is a blend of communication, coordination, and problem-solving, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette
Prior experience in e-commerce customer support or familiarity with online sales platforms is an added advantage.
