Position: Customer Sales Representative
- Location: Islamabad

- Experience Required: 1-3 years of proven customer sales experience
- Industry Experience Preferred: Travel & Tourism
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Sales Representative, your role will involve:
- Tele-Sales: Engaging with potential customers through phone calls to promote and sell products/services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales by addressing customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Customer Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Gaining an in-depth understanding of Mosafir’s offerings to effectively promote travel and tourism packages.
- Sales Reporting: Reporting on daily sales activities, opportunities, and customer feedback to the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer sales, with a focus on phone sales.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle queries effectively.
- Location: The position is on-site at Islamabad, so candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad.
