Job Description: As a Concept Lead for Girls Pret at ZELLBURY, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand. You will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and design direction of our Girls Pret collection. Your expertise will guide our team to create compelling and stylish fashion choices that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze research findings to gain insights that will inform the direction of our Girls Pret collection.
- Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop cohesive design plans, concepts, and prototypes.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance to direct reports and junior team members to foster growth and development within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging fashion concepts, and market developments to ensure our brand remains innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile or Fashion Design.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proven track record of developing and leading successful fashion concepts and collections.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and budgets.
