Position Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the bank branch, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and overall profitability. The role involves managing branch staff, developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and working towards meeting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations:
Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures. - Customer Relationship Management:
Foster relationships with key clients, address their concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction levels. - Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to meet individual and team goals. Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance to improve employee performance. - Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive the sales of bank products and services, including loans, accounts, and deposits, aiming to meet branch targets and contribute to the bank’s overall growth. - Risk & Compliance Management:
Ensure that the branch operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements, banking policies, and safety standards. - Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, track the branch’s performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field. - Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in banking operations, sales, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Location:
This position is available in multiple cities across Pakistan.
