**Eligibility & Requirements**
**Educational Qualifications:**
✔ **PhD** in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
✔ **PhD Scholars** (near completion) may apply
✔ **MS/MPhil** in relevant field with substantial experience

**Professional Experience:**
✔ **5-7 years** of teaching experience in higher education
✔ Strong background in **Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Auditing**
✔ Industry experience (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus

**Key Responsibilities:**
✔ Deliver engaging lectures in **Accounting & Finance** courses
✔ Develop and update **course curricula, syllabi, and assessments**
✔ Mentor students in **academic projects and career development**
✔ Conduct **research and publish in reputable journals**
