Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Warehouse will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations while ensuring that pharmaceutical quality, safety, compliance, and inventory requirements are consistently maintained.
Major responsibilities include:
- Supervise GMP-related warehouse activities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP requirements.
- Maintain readiness for internal and external audits and inspections.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a timely manner.
- Ensure SOPs remain compliant, relevant, and operationally effective.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects without compromising product quality or regulatory compliance.
- Manage deviations and change controls.
- Ensure timely completion of CAPA and associated action plans.
- Monitor and report inventory-related risks.
- Maintain the Warehouse Productivity and KPI dashboard.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Supply Planning, and Procurement teams to support smooth warehouse operations.
Qualification Requirements
Candidates must have a Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) qualification.
The pharmaceutical nature of the position means candidates should have a sound understanding of regulated warehouse environments, pharmaceutical quality requirements, documentation, and compliance procedures.
Experience Requirements
Applicants should have approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

SAP MM and WMS Knowledge
