Position: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Multan (base town)
Experience: At least 6 years’ relevant experience in managing HR Operations (preferably in FMCG industry)
Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent education

As the Assistant Manager HR at Zia, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in managing HR operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • MBA in HR or equivalent education.
