We are currently seeking a dynamic corporate professional to join our team on a contract basis as an Assistant Manager Health Safety & Environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree, or 16 years of education in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or Environmental Science.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager Health Safety & Environment, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, updating, implementing, and monitoring environmental health & safety management systems (HSMS).
- Conducting regular hazard identification, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments, Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), HAZCHEM Study, and risk assessments while maintaining records.
- Identifying applicable regulatory requirements and other local/international laws and ensuring compliance.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities.
