Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager for Curriculum & Training, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of the English curriculum at the Primary level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Development: Assisting in the design and development of the English curriculum tailored to the primary level, ensuring that it aligns with educational goals and learning outcomes.
- Training & Workshops: Organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops to support teachers and stakeholders with curriculum implementation and student assessment methods.
- Lesson Planning & Schemes of Work: Developing daily lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment strategies that enhance students’ understanding and learning.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum and monitoring its success in improving students’ learning outcomes.
- Compliance: Adhering to company policies and academic guidelines while executing all educational tasks.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the English language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create lesson plans, reports, and training materials.
- Curriculum Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of English curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation at the Primary school level.
- Educational Leadership: Ability to manage curriculum processes and lead training initiatives effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have at least 4-6 years of experience in curriculum development and teaching English at the Primary level.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage curriculum-related tasks and coordinate with teachers and other educational staff.
- A passionate educator with a commitment to improving students’ learning experiences and outcomes.
