Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager – Claims, you will be responsible for coordinating claims processes with various stakeholders, including Amazon, shipping carriers, warehouse teams, and suppliers. Your role will involve addressing stock-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Opening cases with Amazon and shipping carriers for stock lost at Fulfillment centers and during transit.
- Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure that packing slips are filed for all containers.
- Filing claims with shipping lines for goods damaged in containers and lost in transit.
- Holding suppliers accountable for discrepancies in stock counts.
Requirements:
- Business graduate or higher degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Background in e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various parties.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
