Role Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Based at our Head Office in Karachi, you will be responsible for financial and management reporting, tax matters, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and management reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
- Manage and review all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to auditing standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including statutory and regulatory authorities, to address financial inquiries and compliance requirements effectively.
Requirements:
- CA/ACMA qualification with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. An MBA in Finance would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent management and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
