Outfitters Stores, a well-known fashion retail brand in Pakistan, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Assistant Branch Managers. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to develop your managerial skills and contribute to the success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales associates.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing measures to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and product arrangement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the central warehouse for replenishment.
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in cash management and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in preparing reports and presenting them to the management as required.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles and techniques.
- Proficient in using computer systems and retail software.
- Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
