Job Role: As an Assistant Manager (AM) Vendor Operations at Leopards Courier in Karachi, you will be responsible for managing critical client projects and ensuring effective coordination between various stakeholders. Your role is crucial in maintaining relationships with customers, logistics partners, operations teams, sales, customer service, and carriers. You will handle claims queries, reconcile payment amounts, monitor aging clearance compliance, manage Vendor Proof of Deliveries (PODs), ensure unpaid amount recovery, and perform daily reconciliation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critical client projects effectively.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, logistics partners, operations teams, sales, customer service, and carriers.
- Handle claims queries in collaboration with the network and Daraz team.
- Reconcile Cash-on-Delivery (COD) amounts with the network and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with high aging clearance standards to minimize losses and achieve closure within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor pick-up operations across the network.
- Manage Vendor Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
- Ensure recovery of unpaid amounts across the network.
- Perform daily reconciliation of delivered status and address any wrong deliveries in coordination with Markaz.
- Resolve high aging delivery ticket issues.
Job Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong relationship management abilities.
- Ability to make informed decisions.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
