Yarana Textile Mills (YTM) is hiring a Taxation Executive for its Finance & Taxation Department in Karachi, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage tax-related activities and help ensure the company’s compliance with applicable Pakistani tax laws.

• Tax Returns: Prepare and file income tax and sales tax returns.
• Withholding Tax: Calculate, deduct, and submit withholding taxes according to applicable requirements.
• FBR Compliance: Ensure compliance with FBR regulations and relevant tax laws.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate tax records, supporting documents, and schedules.
• Tax Reconciliation: Prepare tax reconciliations and assist with tax audits.
• Coordination: Communicate with FBR, tax consultants, and internal departments regarding taxation matters.
• Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure deadlines are met.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the textile industry, as specified in the advertisement.
• Relevant experience in taxation and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and FBR procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
