Role Overview: Officer – ACC Supervisor
The ACC Supervisor will manage the operations of Allied Bank’s contact center, ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality customer service, and adherence to operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day contact center operations.

Ensure excellent service quality across all customer interactions.

Train, mentor, and motivate contact center staff.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.

Proven experience in contact center management or supervision.
