Role Overview: Officer – ACC Supervisor

The ACC Supervisor will manage the operations of Allied Bank’s contact center, ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality customer service, and adherence to operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day contact center operations.

  • Ensure excellent service quality across all customer interactions.

  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate contact center staff.

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in contact center management or supervision.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with digital banking products and services is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
