Role Overview: Qualified ACCA T&D Manager
As a Training & Development (T&D) Manager with an ACCA focus, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of training programs for finance professionals. Your expertise will drive the companyβs professional development initiatives, ensuring employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
This position requires senior leadership experience, particularly in UK-based organizations, and the ability to manage teams, projects, and strategic development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute ACCA-focused training programs and T&D initiatives.

Lead learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Mentor and manage the T&D team, fostering professional growth and accountability.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

ACCA qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in UK-based organizations.
