Role Summary – IMS Executive

The IMS Executive plays a vital role in ensuring that the organization’s Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems are properly documented, implemented, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

1. IMS Documentation & Implementation

• Develop and maintain IMS manuals, policies, procedures, and records

• Ensure proper implementation of ISO clauses related to:

  • Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Occupational Health & Safety Management

  • Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Update documents as per latest standards and organizational changes

2. ISO Standards Compliance
