This position plays a critical strategic role within HR, responsible for shaping and governing Engro’s compensation philosophy and rewards frameworks across the group.

The Manager Rewards & Governance ensures that Engro remains market competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with best practices in governance, compliance, and executive compensation.
