**Job Overview**
Bestway Consultancy is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have **2-4 years of relevant experience** and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer support. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
✔ **Client Interaction:**
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
– Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns effectively.

– Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**
**Education:**
– **Bachelor’s degree** in any relevant field.

**Experience:**
– **2-4 years** of experience in **customer service or a related role**.

✔ **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages a plus).
✔ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
