Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager Front Office to oversee the operations of their front office and ensure the smooth running of the hospital’s administrative functions. Job Overview:

As the Manager Front Office, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional work environment, supervising staff, and providing administrative support. You will lead the front office team, ensuring that the hospital’s reception services, admission procedures, and patient interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Your leadership will help foster a high standard of patient care and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop SOPs: Create and enforce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational matters related to the front office, including admission procedures and reception desk management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide the front office staff, ensuring that they are up-to-date with policies, procedures, and any relevant information to provide excellent patient services.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with medical, nursing, billing, and administrative teams to enhance patient services and ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Address Patient Concerns: Respond to patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
  • Maintain Efficiency: Ensure that all front office tasks are handled in an organized and efficient manner, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-up on complaints and pending tasks.

Required Knowledge and Competencies:

  • Customer Service & Office Management: In-depth knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a diverse team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and other hospital departments.
  • Time Management & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in healthcare or a similar administrative role.
