Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Institute, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, professional development, and performance of academic and administrative staff.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in academic leadership and management, preferably in a higher education institution.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to build a positive work environment.
- Vision for Academic Excellence: A proven track record of maintaining high teaching standards and academic excellence.
