Job Summary

Engro Polymer & Chemicals is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to support their electrical power generation, distribution, and protection systems. The engineer will be responsible for designing, specifying, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems to support the ongoing manufacturing processes at the plant. This role will also involve improving the reliability of the plant through new installations and providing technical expertise in electrical systems for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specification of electrical systems for power generation, distribution, and protection.
• Oversee the installation and startup of electrical systems, ensuring alignment with plant requirements.
• Perform regular maintenance of electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Work closely with the engineering team to support new installations and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in electrical engineering to improve plant reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, and/or power plant industries.
• Skills:
  • Strong expertise in electrical power generation, distribution, and protection systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and ensuring system reliability.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
