Position Summary:
As a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the client base by building strong relationships and providing tailored investment solutions. Your responsibilities will include sales and performance management, where you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with potential investors, ensuring their financial goals and risk tolerance are met.
- Sales Strategy: Drive mutual fund sales and achieve revenue growth through effective relationship-building strategies.
- Tailored Investment Solutions: Provide personalized advice and investment strategies to clients.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Client Portfolio Management: Advise and assist clients in making informed investment decisions in line with their financial goals.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on financial markets and trends to offer relevant and up-to-date advice to clients.
Position Requirements:
For Senior Relationship Manager:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in mutual fund sales or a related financial sector.
For Relationship Manager:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in mutual fund sales or a related financial sector.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, or M.Com from a reputable university.
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and present investment solutions effectively.
- Time & Team Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work well within a team.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Client Focus: A keen interest in building lasting client relationships and understanding their needs.
