Mayfair, a company recognized for its delightful products, is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator for its Peshawar office. This is a dynamic role where the ideal candidate will manage regional sales operations, coordinate with distributors, handle administrative tasks, and support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in various operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee the regional sales operations, ensuring efficient service improvement and smooth collaboration between the sales team and distributors.
- Claims Follow-up: Manage claims, including checking and retrieval, as well as DSR salaries and sales-related claims.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle the administrative tasks of the regional office, ensuring all functions are aligned with corporate goals and maintaining effective communication with the head office.
- Data and Presentations Support: Assist the RSM in gathering sales data and preparing presentations to facilitate decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Sales Staff Expenses: Monitor and process sales staff expenses, ensuring timely submission to the head office for approval.
- MIS Compilation: Coordinate with the sales operations team to compile regional primary and secondary sales data for reporting purposes.
- JC Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and review Joint Claims (JC), ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional and sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation in any field.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
