United Charter Schools (UCS), a project of Beaconhouse, is looking for a dedicated School Head to lead their Depalpur campus. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional with a strong background in education and school management.

Job Summary:

As a School Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that both students and staff are supported in their educational journey. You will lead the administration, drive school improvement, and collaborate with faculty to implement high standards of teaching and learning. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the school runs smoothly, aligns with the UCS vision, and meets both academic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the school, including curriculum delivery and implementation.
• Develop and implement the school’s vision, ensuring alignment with the larger goals of UCS and Beaconhouse.
• Supervise, support, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets both educational standards and the needs of the students.
• Ensure effective school improvement practices and ongoing staff development.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and other administrative duties to maintain smooth operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies.
• Expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
• Understanding of school improvement practices and staff development approaches.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and general computer usage.
• Ability to develop and implement a school’s vision and strategic plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Master’s in Education or any relevant field is required.
• At least 10+ years of experience in teaching and school administration, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
