Key Responsibilities:

As a Weaving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management and optimization of the weaving operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient daily weaving operations with a focus on Sulzer looms for towel production.
• Workforce Management: Manage the workforce, including shift scheduling, to meet production targets and maintain a high standard of work.
• Machine Efficiency: Maintain and improve machine efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure proper preventive maintenance of Sulzer looms.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the planning and quality departments to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at improving production processes, reducing costs, and introducing innovations in production.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Proven Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in towel weaving and operating Sulzer looms in a similar managerial role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of weaving processes, loom settings, and yarn types, ensuring optimal performance.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent team management and leadership skills to effectively manage the workforce and production schedules.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills, with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving productivity.
