Position: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movement.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing solutions promptly.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and meet store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and displays are appealing and in line with the brand’s standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Customer-centric with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Experience in sales and inventory management is a plus.
